1. About this notice

This notice explains how Tagis, Inc. d/b/a Amplemarket (“Amplemarket,” “we”) collects and uses personal data in connection with the Sales Legends promotional game, which runs from 11 June to 19 July 2026. It supplements Amplemarket’s general Privacy Policy at amplemarket.com and controls where the two address the same processing. Please also read the Sales Legends Official Rules.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

Amplemarket is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Our EU representative and Data Protection Officer is GDPR Local Ltd. (info@gdprlocal.com). For any privacy question, write to privacy@amplemarket.com.

3. What personal data we collect

With your authorization at sign-up, we collect from LinkedIn your name, profile photo, headline, current employer, and the country shown on your LinkedIn profile. At sign-up you also provide an email address, which we use to communicate with you about the Game and to deliver your gift card if you win. From your participation we collect your in-Game name, jersey number, character attributes, points, completion progress, leaderboard rank, and referral relationships. We do not collect your IP address, postal address, or any government-issued identifier.

4. How we use your personal data, and our legal bases

Operating the Game. We use your LinkedIn profile data and Game activity to administer the Game, run draws, and credit referrals. Legal basis: performance of the Official Rules (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Public leaderboards. We display your in-Game name, profile photo, country, jersey number, attribute values, employer name and city/country, points, and ranking on the Game website. Legal basis: your consent given at sign-up (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by closing your account.

Prize eligibility and delivery. We use the country shown on your LinkedIn profile to determine whether you are eligible to win prizes under the Official Rules, and we use your email address to send gift cards to winners. Legal basis: performance of the Official Rules (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Winner announcements. We may publish your first name, last initial, country, and the prize you won on the Game website and Amplemarket’s social media channels. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in transparently announcing winners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Game updates and marketing. We may send you emails about the Game (including engagement reminders, leaderboard updates, and prize information) and, after the Promotion Period, about Amplemarket’s products and services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the Game and in promoting our B2B sales-enablement products to sales professionals (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object to this processing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, after which we will stop sending you marketing emails. Transactional messages required to operate the Game (such as winner notifications and prize delivery) are unaffected.

Abuse prevention and legal compliance. We may process Game data to detect duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, bots, and other breaches of the Official Rules, and where required to comply with legal obligations. Legal bases: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Who receives your personal data

We share your personal data only as needed with: LinkedIn (as the source of the profile data you authorize at sign-up); our cloud infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud Platform; the retailers that issue gift-card prizes; other service providers operating the Game under written processing agreements; public visitors to the Game website, for the leaderboard information described in section 4; and competent authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data, and Game data is not used to feed Amplemarket’s commercial data products.

6. International data transfers

Amplemarket is established in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to that Framework, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Amplemarket maintains active certifications covering non-HR personal data. More information at https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov.

7. How long we keep your personal data

We keep Game account data during the Promotion Period plus 90 days, to handle winner verification and any disputes. Prize delivery records are kept for one year after the end of the Promotion Period. Public leaderboard information remains visible while your account is open; closing your account removes your data from active leaderboards going forward but does not reverse referrals already credited. Records we are required to keep by law are retained for the legally required period. After these periods, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. The simplest way to withdraw your leaderboard consent is to close your Game account. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@amplemarket.com; we may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

9. Children

The Game is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to participate; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the latest changes were made. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
